WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
We will gladly look into this for you and make it right. In order to proceed, please click the link below to open a ticket and attach a picture of the item for quality control. We will promptly address this with the team to ensure a resolution. CONTACT US
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND?
You will be refunded the original price paid for the item, minus any shipping fees.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
There is a $7.00 KODA & CO return label fee.
Rewards points are refunded back into your account and can be used on your next order.
