From the day you join, every order ships free. Every return is free, no questions asked. Every package is protected at no extra cost to you. Members tell us the Pack Promise alone pays back the membership inside a couple of orders. We've designed it to.
Your Welcome Box, day one.
Choose two of five welcome gifts when you sign up: an embroidered cap in Adventurer member colors, a soft-cotton tee, an insulated tumbler, a canvas tote with a subtle "Pack Member" mark, or a ceramic mug with "From our pack to yours" pressed into the side. We pack them, you unbox them. The first thing your pets sniff when the box opens. Every piece is Koda & Friends branded, reserved exclusively for members, not in the public catalog.
The Adventurer Quarterly Box, four times a year.
One bundle per season, curated for your pet and your home. Spring Bloom (a floral bandana, a fresh-air sticker set, a treat sample). Summer Sun (a packable travel bowl, a cooling bandana, a sunbathed enamel pin). Autumn Cozy (a knit throw mini, a plush squeaky toy, autumn stickers). Winter Hearth (a holiday ornament, a mug coaster, a holiday sticker pack). Each box is worth more than a quarter of your tier, every time.

New prints, new patterns, and seasonal capsule pieces show up in your inbox before the public catalog. Premium Koda & Friends branded pieces (caps, hoodies, drinkware, throw blankets) stay reserved for member purchase only. Your Pack Spotlight page goes live, read by other pack members who actually want to see your pet's story. Your Koda's Rewards earn rate bumps to 1.2x. Birthday and Gotcha Day gifts auto-trigger for every pet on your registry.
How you join.
Annual at $89 for the year. Your Welcome Box ships day one. Your first Quarterly Box ships at the next seasonal drop. You'll have it before friends ask where you got it.
Monthly at $9 a month. Same tier, same perks day one for the Pack Promise, Pack Spotlight, member-only releases, and Ambassador Club eligibility. The Welcome Box and first Quarterly Box ship after three paid months. We call this vesting, and it exists for one reason: it keeps the math fair for everyone who shows up the long way. After three months, you enter the regular rotation alongside every other Adventurer.
The Ambassador Club, yours to earn.
Adventurer membership unlocks Ambassador Club eligibility. Apply with one approved Pack Spotlight post and onboard as a Buddy at 10% commission on every sale you drive. Scale up: Bestie (12% commission, early drop access), Playmate (12% commission plus a custom-color collaboration option once a year), Soulmate (15% commission, signed Founder's Friend gift annually, real pathway into Ranger eligibility). Plus the Koda & Co Influencer Program runs in parallel for pet creators with 5,000 or more social followers, with commission scaling to 18% at Legend.

Every Adventurer renewal helps fund our Shelter Pet Pack Box program. Redeem 500 Koda's Rewards points as a $25 contribution, or join the October Shelter Pet Registry campaign. Your membership reaches farther than your own home.
